From my own professional experience as a finance lawyer in the City of London, I completely understand the non-stop, 24/7, global nature of the modern workplace.  It has never been more important for hard-working employees to do all they can to look after their physical and mental health, and for their employers to support them in this wherever possible.  Everybody benefits and this builds collegiality, engagement and respect.
 
Improved employee wellness has many advantages.  Studies have demonstrated that workplace fitness results in many benefits, typically:
  • increased productivity;
  • improved employee engagement and motivation
  • reduced absenteeism; and
  • increased resistance to stress.
 
A corporate wellness programme is designed to encourage an holistic approach to employee wellbeing by creating an organisational culture of health and fitness.
 
I can devise bespoke packages that allow you to invest in your employees' physical and mental health, in turn improving workplace productivity and creating an engaged, motivated, fit and healthy team.  This can include any of the following:
  • individual personal training sessions
  • small group personal training;
  • group exercise classes such as Boxercise®, Kettlercise® and circuit training;
  • mind and body one-to-one or small group Pilates classes;
  • pre- and post-natal exercise for mothers to promote female employee retention;
