Kettlebells originated in Russia as a form of strength training but have since become a standard, yet technical and demanding, piece of gym equipment. As a dynamic training modality, kettlebells are especially beneficial for developing core function, active flexibility and motor skills such as co-ordination and balance. Proper form and technique is crucial to achieving the full benefits from this equipment and avoiding injury. I am qualified in the instruction of kettlebell training sessions. Kettlebells comprise, where appropriate, part of a personal training or circuit training programme. However, they can also comprise an individual workout on their own, working every part of the body in a functional manner not always achieved by standard gym equipment. Training with me will allow you to take advantage of this expertise and ensure novelty, learning and variety within your programme. As well as being an effective, functional and adaptable training and conditioning tool, kettlebells are easily transported and no other or special equipment is required. Accordingly, I bring the workout to you. Kettlercise® I am a qualified Kettlercise® instructor. Kettlercise® is a great workout with friends as a private small group class. One-to-one and pairs classes are also available as part of a personal training programme, or completely standalone, at the session rates. What is Kettlercise®?
