Take back control of your fitness from your own living room, garage or garden! Vīrya is a mixed strength and cardio, total body - arms, legs, core - online workout comprising 37 exercises for 37 minutes, non-stop. Plus a warm-up and cool down either side, all professionally programmed. Commit to the workout and you are sure to get the heart thumping, blood pumping and the calories torched. No equipment is required, but everybody has two tins of beans and something heavy (a 4 pint milk container, laundry detergent bottle, a large rock from the garden, a child). Dumbbells, kettlebells and mats would be ideal if you have them, but are not necessary. The Pilates Channel The perfect complementary home workout to Vīrya. Everybody of all levels and abilities can benefit from improved core strength, stability and balance, together with some focus on range of movement and flexibility. The Pilates Channel provides an opportunity to improve all of this online from your own home, garden or workplace. No equipment is needed. A mat may be helpful for various reasons, but it is not essential. The classes are targeted at beginner-intermediate level, but with progressions and regressions available to ensure that everybody can get what they want from the workout, taking into account any physical limitations they may have. The Pilates Channel also provides feedback and support for all questions and discussion relating to the workouts. Vīrya and The Pilates Channel are pre-recorded workouts available for purchase with permanent access. This is so that you can choose when you want to do the workout according to your own timetable and commitments, wherever you want, as many times as you like. An individual workout costs £5.
