Gyms are not for everybody and can be intimidating environments. In addition, they are not always conducive to bespoke, personal, one-to-one or small group training. This is often particularly so for those who may find activity and fitness a difficult habit to adhere to, or less attractive in their present physical circumstances, such as pre- and post-natal mothers, the injured or those aged mid-life and over.
My personal training is based around you. I come to you, or a freely accessible location chosen by you. This includes outdoors; activity and exercise is so much more invigorating and enjoyable when combined with fresh air and (when available) sunshine.
Huge amounts of cutting-edge, heavy equipment are not needed for functional, fun physical activity and training. Indeed, many of the most beneficial exercise programmes, especially for those with particular health conditions or for pre- and post-natal exercise, require nothing more than regular, portable equipment (which I will provide), or your own bodyweight.
If you want to do Olympic lifts with large bars and heavy weights, then you need a gym. For just about everything else, including all functional fitness, this is not necessary.

Online training by Skype or Facetime is also available. This is ideally suited to clients with busy work schedules or travel-heavy lifestyles. An internet connection is all that is needed to carve out time for your programme and keep your fitness goals on track even when you are away from home.
