I help you find that enjoyment and develop and prepare you for your chosen activity or programme. I work with you on a one-to-one, pairs or small group basis to help make you the best version of you. My goal is to make your exercise fun, enjoyable and dynamic so that you can commit and adhere to it. And you will see and feel positive change. It is all about you. I bring my technical and scientific expertise to your situation, considering all aspects of your lifestyle – diet, occupation, routine, physical condition – to find a programme that works for you. This is why each programme commences with a detailed consultation, to tailor your training programme individually to you and your goals. I want to help you achieve the results you desire, in harmony with your preferences and your lifestyle. There are many fads and trends in exercise, as well as diet and nutrition. Some of them are helpful, some of them are old ideas recycled into new formats or presentations. Some of them are not so helpful, work less well or can even deter people yet further from making the step into a fun relationship with exercise and activity, or taking their training to the next level. I use tried and trusted methods, and do not complicate or confuse. My programmes are founded on recognised principles of managing load, repetitions, tempo, rest and variation to achieve results. |
